XRFLON® R208
XRFLON® R208 is a high-performance modified gasket made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin filled with high-quality barium sulfate. The R208 is subjected to repeated roller pressing, creating a highly fibrillated structure. And inorganic fillers are more homogeneously blended with PTFE resins, ensuring the R208 has more stably physical and mechanical properties, minimizing creep relaxation and cold flow problems associated with traditional PTFE gaskets.
XRFLON® R208 has Excellent sealing properties and highly resistant chemical and mechanical properties. It is suitable for most chemical applications and has excellent sealing properties, especially in strongly alkaline applications.
